Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Reservation & Cancellation Policies of Ranger wood Resort:-

1. Once confirmed reservation will not be cancel within the Period of 15 Days of  the Arrival Date.

 

1. If any cancellation in above said period will be liable for retention charges of 50% of the Total Charges.

 

1. Cancellation without any prior intimation mail also cause to charge the 50% of the Total Charges.

 

1. If the reservation Dates are on Pooja Days, Diwali or New Year, Peak Season Days etc. the above said period will not be applicable, In this period any cancellation before the Cut-off Date will be attract 100% retention charges.

 

1. We will confirm the Rooms only after receiving the Conformation 50% or 100% payment before the Cut-Off Date. If the Payment  not received in the prescribed time, The Reservation  will be automatically cancelled.

 

1. Updating the Inventory and also the Rooms Availability;- from the Travel Agencies End ( Not from the Ranger Wood Management).

 

1. If any changes in the Room Numbers, Ex. Beds and Meal Plans etc. Should be intimate well in Advance (Not less than 15-Days prior ;- condition apply.).

 

1. We won’t accept any cancellation which has not given any prior mail or Notice ( intimation with the time span).

 

1. According to the Meal Plan only the food will be serve ( Eg.MAP Plan means Breakfast & Dinner so the Dinner plan won’t change to Lunch).

 

1. The Hotel Authority won’t Accept or Receive any Guest without the proper Confirmation Services Voucher.

 

1. The Hotel Management will not liable for any lost or Damaged of the Valuables and Belongings of the Gust, either they have to avail the Locker or Clock Room facility.

 

1. The Payment for all reservation should clear before the date of  Guest Check-in to the Hotel.

 

1. Please check with the F & B Dept. for meal plan Details & limitations.

 

1. The Reservation Rates are subjects to change without any prior Notice.

 

1. Children’s below 5 Years stay & meal comply, and the above will treat same to adult.

 

1. No Credit  Facility at all for any Firm or Travel Agencies.

 

1. Check in and Checkout Times are 1-pm & 12 noon respectively.

 

1. We will confirm the Rooms only through the mail, or watts app chat. Conversations ( Not through Oral conversation).

 

 

 

If we are not receiving the Adv. Amount, We will release the Booking without any prior intimation mail.

 

1. We will serve the bill (Kerala Govt.) strictly After receiving the Full payment of Room rack Rates with Govt. Prescribed Taxes (GST).
